1. Eligibility for Refunds

 Full Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your purchase, provided that you have not accessed over 20% of the course content.

Partial Refunds: If you have accessed more than 20% but less than 50% of the course content within the first 3 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.

No Refunds: No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed from the date of purchase.

 2. How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, please email me at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund. I will review your request and reply within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Process

 If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

 4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided if the course was purchased during a promotional period where the terms explicitly state no refunds. Refunds will not be provided for courses if more than 50% of the course has been completed.

 5. Technical Issues 

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the course, contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue or, if necessary, issue a refund according to the eligibility criteria stated above.

6. Course Changes

If significant changes to the course content after your purchase materially affect your learning experience, you may be eligible for a refund or a course credit at my discretion.
